About The Position

Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and client-focused professional to join our growing Aurora, IL business as an Associate Account Manager. LCM has built a strong brand and reputation over the past 30 years by providing exceptional landscape services to over 900 clients throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area and Southeast Wisconsin. Our experienced and knowledgeable team of landscape professionals ensures a proactive, responsive approach and delivers quality in every facet of commercial landscape services: landscape maintenance, enhancements, tree removal, irrigation, turf, plant health care, seasonal color and snow removal. Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organization and conflict management abilities
  • Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
  • Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
  • Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster relationships with LCM clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in presenting recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
  • Manage all customer communication within client portfolio alongside the Account Management team.
  • Partner with clients to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
  • Learn how to maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Work with the Operations team in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
  • Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
