Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Proficient with MS Office
Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed PFI standards

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Insurance or mortgage industry background

Responsibilities

Claim intake via phone and status support
Respond to all incoming telephone queries received from customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ability to multitask between various software programs.
Data entry.
Client invoicing.
Refund processing.
Administrative support for the team – scanning, check logging, report distribution, etc.
Good communication and proficient phone skills.
Proficient computer skills.
