About The Position

Workleap is seeking a Renewal Specialist with process discipline, commercial instinct, and a drive to protect and grow customer relationships at scale. This role will own the renewal process for the Flash segment, a high-volume SMB book where consistency, speed, and smart prioritization are key. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding renewals, pricing migrations, and reasons to stay with the company.

Requirements

Bilingual French-English is a must.
1+ years in a renewal, inside sales, or customer success role with ownership of a number.
Comfortable managing a high-volume account book.
Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily as a work accelerator.
Process-oriented with good instincts for adapting the playbook.

Nice To Haves

Experience at SMB scale is a real advantage.
Experience navigating a pricing or packaging transition with existing customers.
SaaS or HR tech background.
Bilingual French-English.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end renewal motion for the Flash segment, running proactive 90/60/30-day cycles to maintain GRR and identify expansion potential.
Accelerate pricing migration conversations, moving legacy per-seat customers to the new platform pricing model.
Maintain a clean and accurate HubSpot pipeline for forecasting.
Identify expansion signals and collaborate with Account Managers on accounts that have outgrown the Flash motion.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude) for personalized outreach, call preparation, and building account briefs.
Identify early churn signals, escalate with a plan, and adapt the playbook as needed.
