About The Position

The Associate Account Executive will serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnership. This role will oversee all aspects of exhibit and event projects from proposal through successful delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, and client communications. The Associate Account Executive will coordinate cross-functional teams across design, production, project management, vendors, and logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of trade show exhibits and event programs. Responsibilities include preparing and managing project estimates, providing onsite support, and managing post-event reporting and invoicing. The role requires troubleshooting issues and proactively addressing project needs to support client and company objectives, managing deliverables, project status, and timelines in collaboration with internal and external team members. Staying up to date on tradeshows, experiential marketing, and event industry trends is crucial. The Associate Account Executive will also foster relationships with potential clients and partners through proactive communication, presentations, and networking, supporting overall business development goals. This position is a hybrid role, requiring Tuesday - Thursday in the Webster, NY location. The initial compensation offered may be outside of this range and will be determined by multiple factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, and education. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience in tradeshow account management, event marketing, or related field (agency or experiential environment preferred).
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills.
  • Experience preparing budgets, proposals, and reports.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to problem-solve under deadline pressure.
