About The Position

As an Associate Account Executive at Crisp, you will own the full sales cycle for ticket sales to our flagship sales event, where law firm owners come to learn how to grow their firms and explore working with Crisp. You will engage warm inbound leads, run consultative discovery conversations, and close ticket sales that bring qualified law firm owners into the room. You'll run discovery independently, build trust quickly, and close ticket-level deals that directly fuel the pipeline of qualified buyers attending each event. Success in this role means consistently hitting ticket sales targets and driving high attendance of qualified law firm owners.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday-Friday at our Atlanta, GA office or willingness to relocate.
  • 2+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in a high-ticket sales environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Comfort engaging directly with law firm owners, C-level executives, or other senior decision-makers in a consultative sales conversation.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activities, and report on performance.
  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire to develop into a full-cycle Account Executive role.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport, qualify fit, and convert interest into confirmed ticket purchases.
  • Run consultative discovery to understand prospect goals, surface needs, and position the event as the right next step in their growth journey.
  • Negotiate and close ticket sales with both individual law firm owners and firms sending multiple attendees.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, pipeline progress, and deal forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Event Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless prospect experience leading up to each event.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development to sharpen discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Contribute to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on hitting ticket sales targets for every event.
