Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher AND experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales OR High School Diploma/GED AND 3+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous surgical or biologics experience
  • Field-based time and priority management
  • Clear, professional communication with clinicians and surgical staff
  • Experience working in patient care settings such as operating rooms, clinics, or physician offices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team within a defined geographic territory to develop new accounts and expand product usage with existing customers.
  • Assisting with case coverage, inventory reconciliation, and closing outstanding purchase orders in a compliant manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinicians and decision-makers across sites of care through education, demonstrations, and responsive support.
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, inventory, and territory forecasts while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
