About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Account Executive to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in brokerage and benefits, who thrives in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will manage accounts from A-Z, working closely with carriers, handling RFPs, and engaging directly with clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a mix of self-funded, fully insured, and level-funded accounts.
Requirements
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in brokerage and benefits management is ideal.
- Familiarity with Benefits Pointe and/or EPIC.
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (partially remote, partially in-office).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and carriers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of account management, including client interaction and carrier relations.
- Handle Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Provide expert guidance on a variety of funding arrangements, including self-funded, fully insured, and level-funded plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
