Requirements

Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with self-funded benefits plans is mandatory.
Proven track record of managing large group accounts (100+ lives).
Exposure to multiple industries, including hospitality, real estate, non-profit, construction, and property.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of large group accounts, ranging from 100 to several thousand lives.
Provide expert guidance on self-funded benefits plans, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business.
Maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple industries, acting as a trusted advisor.
Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure seamless operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.
