Requirements

  • Fueled by a genuine love of sport and the stories behind it
  • 5-7 years’ experience in digital/social account management
  • Experience implementing social media, digital and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Natural leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic
  • Experience managing and mentoring large teams
  • A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape
  • A deep understanding of relevant social ad operations and optimization
  • Uncanny attention to detail
  • Rockstar presentation skills
  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
  • Big brand experience is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Deepen the client relationship and grow their business in a meaningful way.
  • Develop initiatives and provide creative, practical solutions to clients' issues.
  • Devise engagement strategies, approve content, and manage deliverables and campaigns to ensure that all parties stay true to the strategic vision and voice across channels 24/7, 365.
  • Manage and participate in large IATs and ensuring your team’s ideas are ahead.
  • Managing, maintaining, and growing the relationship with the client and key stakeholders.
  • Direct and have a positive impact on projects, teams, and clients by providing direction and a direction and vision to follow.
  • Maintaining a superior relationship with all departments in the agency and understands the strategic goals of the account and contributes to their communication to the agency team.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff members.
  • Communicating with senior leadership about account status while proactively finding solutions to issues that may arise.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume content pipelines across multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Expert in juggling overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational systems to track content workflows, reviews, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on time without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience leading simultaneous campaigns while maintaining strategic oversight and executional detail.
  • Comfortable making quick decisions and pivoting strategies to meet changing client or market demands.
  • Adept at identifying bottlenecks and optimizing processes for scalable content production.
  • Calm under pressure; thrives in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator who keeps clients and internal teams aligned through complexity.
