About The Position

The Associate - ABL Originations position supports the origination and distribution of geographic-based asset-based lending transactions. This role involves working constructively with Senior Originators, Underwriting, and Portfolio Management to guide transactions through the deal lifecycle from origination to close. The position requires strong technical skills, the ability to manage the deal process and execution, collaboration with internal partners (including risk management) to achieve optimal outcomes, adherence to risk/compliance policies and guidelines, and demonstration of Truist values.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3 years of related work ABL experience as an analyst or associate at a financial institution
• Strong technical skills including financial and collateral analysis, modeling, presentation
• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
• English language fluency
