About The Position

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of children with Autism and their families, and a commitment to the "gold standard" implementation of ABA science and evidence-based practices. The position focuses on supporting individualized care plans and targeting socially significant behaviors to help clients lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Requirements

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
• Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
• In good standing on all BCBA metrics including but not limited to: Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends (team members and clients), POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, RBT Supervision Rates

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day Support in Clinic
• Support Community Building within Clinic
• Conducting Interviews
• Participating in Outreach Events
• Review Operational Dashboards and work directly with Clinic Director to improve areas of opportunities
• Review Intake Packets and Support Client/BCBA Pairings
• Attend Weekly Caseload Planning Meetings
• Participate in 1:1 Supervision Meetings with BCBA’s and Clinic Directors
• Lead RBT Performance Conversations
• Develop Skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2)
