About The Position

The Vault Associate is responsible for supporting and troubleshooting in-store equipment (e.g., cash registers, printers, etc.). They perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment, and establish professional and courteous relationships with the sales audit team, banks, and armored car service. They also process all returned check requests and check collection issues, perform vault opening and closing counts, and prepare all cash registers and change drawers. Finally, the Vault Associate handles certain administrative tasks related to the management of associate compensation, as well as store supply orders.

Requirements

At least two years of experience as a cashier
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in handling money
Versatile
Autonomous, efficient, organized, and able to perform high-quality work under pressure and meet deadlines
Rigorous work ethic, sense of responsibility and confidentiality, attention to detail
