About The Position

The Assoc. VP, Sourcing & Procurement (H) provides enterprise leadership for the University of Miami and the University of Miami Health System’s sourcing strategies, including clinical resource management, University spend, value analysis, and non-clinical spend. Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the position is responsible for aligning supply chain resource decisions with service line priorities, physician and faculty requirements, and financial stewardship to optimize total system value and support high-quality patient care amongst other key University functions. The position will work collaboratively with leaders across the University to design, execute, and lead strategic initiatives which will ensure a cost- effective supply chain with exceptional service levels.
