Assoc. Manager, System Design - FCCS
About The Position
The FCCS Solution Lead supports the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). This role provides day-to-day technical guidance and operational support for FCCS processes, integrations, and close activities while supervising a small team of support and entry-level technical resources. Working under established architecture standards and management guidance, this position partners with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and IT teams to help deliver stable, auditable, and scalable consolidation and close solutions. The role receives assignments in the form of objectives and operational goals and is responsible for executing work through established policies, procedures, and delivery practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) design, configuration, and administration.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and operational support for FCCS processes, integrations, and close activities.
- Experience supervising support and entry-level technical resources.
- Familiarity with established architecture standards.
- Ability to partner with Finance, Accounting, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and delivery practices.
