Responsibilities

Support fundamental and applied food research activities, including materials characterization and R and D knowledge development.
Complete assigned research tasks following established procedures.
Assist in the discovery and development of new materials and ingredients.
Support experiments and collect observations.
Execute assigned technical tasks accurately and timely.
Follow protocols and procedures established by senior researchers.
Maintain laboratory environment and equipment cleanliness.
Follow safety procedures and report issues.
Document observations and findings from research activities.
Maintain accurate records following established formats.
