Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a significant amount of relevant experience.
7+ years of relevant and progressive experience, preferably in IT management or a related role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Apply strategic thinking to analyze complex situations and develop actionable plans that align with business objectives.
Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adaptation to new processes, technologies, or organizational shifts.
Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to achieve organizational goals.
Manage and execute complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
