This Associate Director will aid in the transformation and optimization of Medicare Supplement product pricing and other business processes through the application of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies. This role will partner with actuarial, product, finance, and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase analytical capabilities, and enhance decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong actuarial and business acumen with demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered solutions using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other advanced technologies. This individual will help develop and scale innovative tools, workflows, and analytical frameworks that streamline annual pricing, forecasting, reporting, and operational processes while driving measurable business value. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in actuarial science, data science, predictive analytics, or related quantitative disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience developing automation, process optimization, or advanced analytical solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes
  • Proven experience applying AI and large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to solve complex business problems
  • Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions for business users
  • Proven excellent collaboration, communication, and change leadership skills

  • Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
