About The Position

As an Associate Director - Inside Sales for Verizon Connect, you'll build, develop, and lead an outstanding team of high-performing sales professionals. With your expertise, you'll motivate and empower your sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter. With your ongoing mentorship and development, you’ll drive the sales performance of your team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience
• Experience Managing sales teams
• A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and good team development skills required.
• Ability to serve as an executive interface for internal and client-facing interactions, including executive level communication.
• Demonstrated leadership with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Telematics sales experience
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience meeting or exceeding challenging sales targets
• Experience leading a high-performing sales team (ideally, in a commissions-based environment)
