Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Sales experience.
  • A valid driver’s license.

  • Build, develop and lead an outstanding team of high performing sales professionals.
  • Motivate and empower your sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and solutions to small and medium-sized customers to make their businesses run better, faster, and smarter.
  • Drive the sales performance of your team through ongoing mentorship and development.
  • Enable your team to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Lead, develop and track your team’s performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business.
  • Model effective sales strategies for your team to follow.
  • Track and report key financial, budget, and sales metrics.
