About The Position
StretchLab Tyler is seeking knowledgeable, passionate, and reliable professionals in the health and wellness industry. The company will train successful candidates to become experts in 1:1 customized assisted stretching services for members and prospects, aiming to improve their mobility and flexibility. The Flexologist training is the first nationally accredited program that will set individuals up for success in community pop-up events and the stretch studio. The position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with opportunities for more.
Requirements
- Active Personal Trainer or other fitness instructor certification
- Graduation from a trade school in bodywork to include: Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, related Allied Health, or pre-med major
- Live in Tyler or have reliable transportation to commute to Tyler, Texas (USA)
- Have the strength, mobility, and stamina to provide assisted stretching services for clients ranging from 15 minute long stretches to 50 minutes
