Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility.
- Weekend and holiday rotations required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Empathy.
- A strong sense of integrity.
- Familiarity with administrative tools and documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Offering minimal assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and eating.
- Assisting residents with their needs.
- Answering calls promptly.
- Performing housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Following the facility's policies and procedures in accordance with regulations.
