The Cedars, an award-winning senior living community in Portland, Maine, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Assisted Living Nurse Coordinator to join our Assisted Living team. Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Maine
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior care preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to assisted living residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and well-being
- Serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff in a person-centered care environment
