We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take great pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner. Must have medication management experience, excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of medication management experience.
- Excellent hospitality skills, and enjoy working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Administer routine medications per physician orders, regulations, and under the supervision of an RN.
- Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness.
- Take vital signs as indicated and/or required.
- Respond to nurse call bells for assistance.
- Assure that each resident receives the kind and amount of supervision and care required to meet basic needs.
- Immediately reports any change in resident’s condition to their supervisor.
- Chart medications as given, with signature, title and date.
- Assist residents with getting to and from meals and activities as needed and assigned.
- Responsible for adding orders to MAR and submitting lab requests.
- Responsible for restocking the medication carts, all medication ordered for each resident.
- Responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of all medication carts and medication rooms.
