Requirements
- A current Certified Medication Aide certification in the state of Missouri
- Strong attention to detail, empathy, and a heart for older adults
- The desire to be part of something bigger a team that’s truly Legendary
Responsibilities
- Greet each resident warmly and administer medications with precision and presence
- Notice subtle changes and communicate them clearly to the care team
- Offer calm and reassurance especially in moments of stress or confusion
- Keep your med cart pristine and your documentation flawless
- Support your team like family because no one does this alone
- Support for activities of daily living
