About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking a bright, dynamic leader with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join their family. The Assisted Living Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for leading, booking, and coordinating activities throughout the assisted living community. This role may also involve driving senior residents to various outings or appointments. The position focuses on enhancing residents' quality of life through enriching arts, culture, and wellness programs, and may occasionally assist Independent Living residents. The role requires working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and possessing effective interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a related field
• Willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed

Responsibilities

• Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities
• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with leading and booking programming and activities according to Life Enrichment standards and resident interests
• Format and distribute digital and print calendars
• Handle digital and print communications and announcements
• Manage room and event set up and reset
• Maintain resident profiles, life stories, and directory records
• Manage transportation requests, including educational outings
• Drive residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties
• Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents’ quality of life by offering enriching arts, culture, and wellness programs
• May also assist with the Independent Living residents as needed
• Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handing urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and having effective interpersonal skills
