About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking a bright, dynamic leader with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join their family of talented individuals. The Assisted Living Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for leading, booking, and coordinating activities throughout the assisted living community. This role may also involve driving senior residents to various outings or appointments.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Promote resident socialization, growth, and development by planning and executing resident activities.
• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with leading and booking programming and activities according to Life Enrichment standards and resident interests.
• Format and distribute digital and print calendars.
• Handle digital and print communications and announcements.
• Manage room and event set up and reset.
• Perform resident profile, life story, and directory record-keeping.
• Manage transportation requests, including Educational Outings.
• Drive residents in community vehicles to social events, various appointments, and special events.
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties.
• Work enthusiastically to enhance our residents’ quality of life by offering enriching arts, culture, and wellness programs.
• May assist with Independent Living residents as needed.
• Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and having effective interpersonal skills.
