Glendive Medical Center is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals to join our Extended Care team as a PRN Assisted Living CNA/Tenant Associate. As a PRN Assisted Living CNA/Tenant Associate, you'll help create a comfortable, welcoming environment by assisting with resident support, dining services, housekeeping tasks, and other daily activities that contribute to quality of life. Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Nursing Assistant training or equivalent experience
  • Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
  • Current BLS and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, and meal support
  • Help serve meals, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day
  • Support resident mobility, ambulation, and transfers as directed
  • Monitor and report resident concerns or changes to nursing staff
  • Obtain vital signs, weights, intake/output measurements, and other assigned observations
  • Assist with medication self-administration according to policy
  • Maintain resident rooms and common areas through housekeeping, laundry, and organization tasks
  • Assist with light cooking and baking duties
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to support quality resident care
