About The Position
The AL Clinical Manager provides direct nursing care to assisted living residents; provide oversight of nursing team members assigned to AL program; ensure compliance, coordinate care and services for assisted living residents working collaboratively with the Director of Assisted Living and all Fairlawn departments. Drug Free Workplace/ E.O.E./Veterans/Disabled and other protected category
Requirements
- Active Ohio LPN or RN license
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Must have a wide knowledge of experience working with older adults
- 5+ years LTC
- Previous Assisted Living experience
- 1 year of management or nursing leadership experience, preferred
