Requirements
- Must be age 21 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification
- 1 or more years of experience working in an assisted living or long-term care setting
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene in assisted living environment
- Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
- Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
- Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment
- Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members
