Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required)
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care setting (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support residents with everyday living needs while promoting independence, comfort, and overall quality of life.
- Carry out assigned resident services and maintain clear, timely records to ensure effective communication among caregivers
- Observe resident well-being throughout the shift, identifying concerns and reporting relevant updates to the appropriate team members
- Provide assistance with dining, transportation within the community, and safe movement using assistive devices when needed
- Create a positive resident experience through compassionate interactions and active participation in a team-oriented environment
