Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and written, in French and English
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and organizing the Advisor’s Outlook (email & Calendar), monitoring emails, booking calls with clients, understanding priorities.
  • Identify and implement processes to improve workflow, organization, and communication.
  • Answer phone calls and reply to emails on behalf of the Advisor, forwarding any urgent messages in a timely manner.
  • Prepare expense reports and review submitted reports when required.
  • Meet with Advisor daily to discuss upcoming events, meetings, and logistics.
  • Planning for travel and meetings
  • Write & distribute email correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  • Other duties as required.
