The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity and Workplace Culture (EEO & WC) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as Assistant to the Director. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, confidential, and compliance-driven environment. The Assistant will support the Director of EEO & Workplace Culture and, as needed, provide administrative support to senior staff within the office. This is a highly visible position requiring a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. The selected candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, work independently, and support EEO-related functions with accuracy and efficiency. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as proficiency in computer systems, are essential. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
