Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working directly with clients in a professional services environment is strongly preferred.
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, financial services, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Previous securities industry education, licensing, or training would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the client onboarding process, including gathering required information, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage and maintain client information and communicate with clients to obtain updates as required.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, documents, and client files with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to requests for information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Service clients' general day-to-day requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Communicate and collaborate internally with various operational and administrative departments to facilitate client requests and resolve outstanding items.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Manage the Life Well Invested® Client Experience Program, including coordinating client recognition, important milestones, special occasions, gifts, events, and other personalized touchpoints designed to create memorable and meaningful client experiences.
