Part Time Assistant Women's Basketball Coach
About The Position
Penn State Scranton, a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for a Part Time Assistant Coach in the sport of Women's Basketball within the Department of Athletics. The Assistant Coach is responsible for practice preparation, player development, game day coaching and recruiting and supervising both player personnel under the head coach. Additionally, the Assistant Coach must be well versed in the sport of basketball with previous coaching experience preferred. Hours are primarily in-season with a requirement for recruiting in the off-season. This position requires strict adherence to PSUAC, USCAA and NCAA Division III rules. Requirements
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Well versed in the sport of basketball
- PA State Police Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
- Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
