About The Position

Join the leader in the tanning and wellness industry as an Assistant Store Manager. You’ll work side by side with your Store Manager to coach a high-energy team, chase goals, and earn more as your salon grows. Our welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere makes it a great place to build a career. Assistant Store Managers earn $13-$17+ per hour on average (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus). Our salons are open seven days a week. We build schedules with flexibility in mind, but you should expect to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

1-3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to motivate others
Basic computer and POS skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to be on your feet 7+ hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

Work side by side with your Store Manager to run a great salon
Lead and coach our Wellness Consultants and Salon Support team
Help recruit, schedule, and develop great people
Deliver the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back, and resolve customer concerns professionally
Keep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly, and make sure it meets health department standards
Drive your store’s results by growing sales and controlling labor and costs
Partner with your Store Manager on promotions and growth
Handle the salon’s cash, deposits, and customer card data securely (PCI security training included)
