This role is responsible for delivering a consistent and integrated PWM experience to all clients and prospects in the Centre. The Assistant Wealth Market Manager actively demonstrates leadership in the consistent execution of the Sales and Client Engagement Model (CEM). Key responsibilities include ensuring new clients receive an enhanced on-boarding experience with a thorough discovery process, tailored Wealth Strategy, and differentiated HNW planning. Rediscovery meetings are conducted with existing clients to add value and deliver a PWM experience. The role also participates in resolving significant client relationship issues, leveraging support from MM and Sr. Regional Business Manager. Analysis of client portfolios is completed to develop a thorough understanding and relationship with the top clients of the center. The Assistant Wealth Market Manager prepares/develops agendas and may lead center sales meetings in the absence of the Market Manager. They partner effectively with the Retail branch network, Commercial Bank, and other wealth management professionals to translate into potential leads and greater share of wallet.
