Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing warranty claims and paperwork, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Review repair orders and supporting documents to verify warranty eligibility and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Communicate discrepancies or missing information to management and service team members, helping ensure timely corrections.
  • Stay informed on manufacturer warranty updates, recalls, and service bulletins.
  • Support the service, parts, and accounting departments in maintaining proper warranty procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and files related to warranty claims and payments.
  • Present a professional appearance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Perform additional administrative and departmental duties as assigned.
