About The Position
Westin Fulfillment LLC is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep the floor moving, the team focused, and the trucks rolling out on time. If you’re the kind of leader who works alongside the team, stays close to the operation, and leads by example, keep reading. This role is for someone who can support daily operations, step in where needed, and help turn daily volume into daily wins.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of warehouse leadership or lead experience
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory processes
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on approach with the ability to stay active throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily flow of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Assisting in leading warehouse associates with clarity, accountability, and energy
- Helping maintain productivity while minimizing errors
- Adjusting workflows to meet changing volume and deadlines
- Supporting inventory control processes, including cycle counts
- Reinforcing safety standards and operational discipline
- Assisting with training and onboarding of team members
- Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating when needed
- Partnering with Warehouse Manager and leadership to keep operations efficient
