About The Position
Position Title: Assistant Volleyball Coach (Temporary Employee) Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective student-athletes in alignment with institutional and program standards. Maintain regular communication with recruits and families via approved communication channels. Evaluate game film and recruiting materials. Maintain and update recruiting databases and prospect records. Ensure recruiting activities comply with all institutional and governing body regulations. Attend and recruit at scheduled tournaments. Communicate with current committed recruits as well as potential recruits. Evaluate recruits based on the needs of the program. Represent the institution in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
