This role is the engine behind network-wide sales performance, leading Continuing Education programs, strategic campaigns, and field execution that deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate thrives on winning market share, building referral pipelines, and empowering franchise teams to dominate locally. The AVP of Field Services is a strategic sales position that will develop, lead, train, and grow the Paul Davis ground game strategy and will report to the SVP of Business Development. This person will develop and implement local sales strategies while aligning with Carrier and Commercial sales best practices. The AVP role relies on enhancing revenues and increasing market share, while helping to provide a superior level of service by working closely with front-line sales teams, business development representatives, ERCs, and Operational roles to drive ongoing revenue growth that highlights our value proposition above our competitors through a professional client culture.
