About The Position

This position will run hedging analytics and provide trading recommendations to clients, primarily in mortgage servicing rights, while contributing to the development and maintenance of analytics models and related data systems. A successful candidate will have strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or business administration or equivalent level of education and experience
Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
CFA or Series 65 license
Understanding of fixed income cash flow modeling and valuation concepts required
Understanding of fixed income trading practices
Experience with programming language such as VBA, Python, C++ or SQL
Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Responsibilities

Interface directly with institutional clients daily
Run hedge analyses as needed
Contributes to the development and maintenance of valuation models to align with industry best practices and changing client needs
Interfaces with colleagues across multiple teams to explain methodologies and support integration with a high degree of competency and integrity
Oversee work of junior employees
Validate the work of other colleagues for quality assurance
Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
