The Assistant Vice President, Growth & Strategy (AVP) will drive business growth for EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Healthcare strategic growth unit (SGU). This role will lead sales enablement, strategic deal orchestration, account expansion & GTM strategy - identifying new revenue opportunities across payer & provider market segments. The candidate will own end-to-end solution strategy for complex, enterprise-level healthcare pursuits, acting as a key advisor to cross-functional delivery and product teams. Partnering closely with sales, senior leadership and offshore teams, the candidate will accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and expand EXL’s market share in Payment Integrity.
