About The Position

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Enterprise Transformation partners with organizational leaders to shape, prioritize, and execute consequential strategic, operational, and business-model initiatives. The AVP translates enterprise priorities into integrated transformation roadmaps, rigorous business cases, and measurable financial, operational, clinical, and organizational outcomes. The role applies consulting disciplines, analytical and financial expertise, and executive influence across a complex, matrixed healthcare organization. The AVP leads a portfolio of high-priority initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment, sound analysis, disciplined governance, and sustained value. Responsibilities span identifying opportunities and developing hypotheses through solution design, implementation, benefit realization, and transition to business ownership. The role also identifies and incubates opportunities that strengthen the operating model, improve performance, enhance capabilities, and create long-term enterprise value. Serving as a trusted advisor to executives, the AVP leads multidisciplinary teams, develops transformation professionals, and applies repeatable methods to increase organizational change capacity. The position requires independent judgment in ambiguous situations, constructive challenge, synthesis of complex information, and clear recommendations that enable timely executive action. The AVP works with internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors, may access sensitive or confidential information, and must understand healthcare regulatory and compliance standards such as HIPAA.
