Requirements

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate & investment banking
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and modeling concepts
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to develop partnerships and effectively collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.

Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive understanding of the full M&A operational lifecycle and provide hands-on support to deal teams
  • Prepare thoughtful data driven presentations for business reviews with senior management
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various risk and control programs
  • Assist with efficiency optimization projects in conjunction with WF technology teams
  • Assist in the implementation of cross functional business initiatives
  • Maintain pipeline and market share data accuracy
