Wells Fargo is seeking a Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Business Execution Consultant (Assistant Vice President) to support strategic initiatives, financial reporting, data analytics, and daily operations within the Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) group. Requirements

2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience in corporate & investment banking
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and modeling concepts
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to develop partnerships and effectively collaborate with other business and functional areas

Responsibilities

Gain comprehensive understanding of the full M&A operational lifecycle and provide hands-on support to deal teams
Prepare thoughtful data driven presentations for business reviews with senior management
Assist in the planning and execution of various risk and control programs
Assist with efficiency optimization projects in conjunction with WF technology teams
Assist in the implementation of cross functional business initiatives
Maintain pipeline and market share data accuracy
