Summary: Under supervision, provides a wide variety of support of processing non-judicial defaults include preparing and processing documents, reviewing, auditing and maintaining files and records, providing customer service via phone and email, and gathering and auditing relevant materials for file maintenance; and performing other related duties.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in legal processes or default servicing.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to change.
- Excellent customer service.
- Succeeds in working in a fast-paced, high volume, production-oriented team environment
Responsibilities
- Review foreclosure sales to ensure accuracy, clear foreclosure files to sale and provide the clients with sale results
- Provide courteous communication and customer service for clients and borrowers. Answering incoming calls.
- Updating servicer processing systems daily.
- Manage unit inbox and incoming mail.
- Generation of Foreclosure documents.
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
