The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) has full sales responsibility for Jägermeister’s two sales regions – East/Control and West/Canada. The CSO develops and executes the MJUS brand portfolio sales strategy in collaboration with other function leaders for both on- and off-premise, and retail chains within the region. As the CSO, you will partner with Germany and the Global team to successfully drive consistency in best practices across the sales organization while simplifying and improving processes to grow the MJUS brand portfolio. The CSO is responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent – they are responsible for leading, coaching and developing their team through influence and strategic leadership. The CSO is an actively engaged member of the organization’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This role will be in market 50% of the time.
