About The Position
This is a 260-day contract, 12-month position for the Kettering City School District, located in the Transportation Department. The role involves directing and supervising all district transportation activities, developing training programs, coordinating bus routes, assigning routes and field trips, and supervising transportation staff.
Requirements
- Prior related experience
- Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills (Knowledge of Veratrans preferred)
- Class B CDL with P&S endorsements required
Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises all district transportation activities
- Develops training programs and inservice for drivers
- Coordinates all bus routes
- Assigns bus routes and field trip assignments
- Supervises Transportation staff
