The Assistant Transportation Manager assists with overseeing all transportation needs for the commissary. The Assistant Transportation Manager is responsible for assisting with routing, re-routing and planning all logistics for food to be safely transported from the commissary to all clients in a timely manner. The Assistant Transportation Manager also ensures cold meals and congregate pack-out accuracy is correct, loading and delivery accuracy and strives for quality, excellent customer service, no re-deliveries of goods, SOP adherence, and a dedication to hiring, training and managing a high-quality team.
