This position provides administrative, logistical, and professional support to the Pueblo Regional Center (PRC) Director. It supports day-to-day operations including communication, scheduling, managing the Director's calendar, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, organizing and tracking routine reports, and monitoring regulatory compliance initiatives. The role also serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers and CDHS staff, and acts as a key coordinator of activities and services at PRC, assessing and resolving issues or directing individuals to the appropriate resources. The position requires independent work due to the Director's travel, necessitating strict prioritization and self-motivation to maintain operations and professionalism while meeting customer needs.
